Ingredients
- 1 can Yellow or possibly white hominy Butter or possibly oleo Salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat at least 1/2 stick oleo or possibly more in a large skillet. Drain the liquid from the hominy, then dump the hominy into the warm butter. Salt and pepper it. Carefully stir the hominy till it begins to brown, adding butter as necessary.
- OPTIONAL: Add in diced warm dogs
