Ingredients

  • 3 dozen medium-sized dandelion flowers (see note)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons of water
  • 5 Tablespoons of milk
  • ½ cup canola oil for frying
  • 1-2 teaspoons of powdered sugar to finish
