Ingredients

  • 1 lb crocodile Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 x egg Lowfat milk as needed Flour for dusting Breadcrumbs as needed

Directions

  1. Fillet the crocodile meat from the bone. Slice each fillet into 1/4 inch pcs and lb. till double in size. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Beat the egg with a little lowfat milk to make batter.
  3. Dip the pcs of crocodile into the batter and then dust in seasoned flour. Dip again in the batter, finally coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Deep fry the fillet for 2 to 3 min.
