Directions

  1. Combine flour, 1 tsp. of the cinnamon, and 1 Tbsp. of the sugar.
  2. Blend together Large eggs, water, remaining cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Cut bananas in half crosswise. Roll in seasoned flour, dip in egg mix, then coat with bread crumbs. Fry in oil heated to 350F degrees till golden, about 1 minute. Serve at once.
