Ingredients
- 2 med Tomatoes, diced
- 1 med White onion, diced
- 8 x Green onions, finely minced
- 12 sprg cilantro, finely minced
- 3 x to 6 chilies serranos Or possibly 2 jalapenos, chopped Salt to taste
- 1/3 c. Grapefruit or possibly lime juice
- 1 med Avocado, diced
- 1 tsp Oregano, crumbled
- 1/2 c. Cilantro, minced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. If prepared ahead of time, combine all the ingredients except the avocado, that should be added just before serving.
