Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 lb Confectioners' sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 pt Whipping cream, whipped or possibly
  • 8 ounce Cold Whip
  • 1 quart Strawberries
  • 1 lb Vanilla wafers

Directions

  1. Cream together first 3 ingredients. Roll vanilla wafers into not too fine crumbs. Place 1/2 in bottom of pan (9x13). Cover with layer of creamed butter, sugar and Large eggs. Then cover with strawberries whole or possibly sliced. Cover with whipped cream - then top with rest of vanilla crumbs. Garnish with whole berries and chill. May be chilled overnight.
