Fresh Plum Butter Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 x ripe plums, pitted and minced
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. butter, room temperature

Directions

  1. In a blender of food processor fitted with metal blade, combine plums, powdered sugar and butter.
  2. Blend till smooth and cream.
  3. To complete now: Spoon into serving dish; chill at least 15 min. Serve slightly chilled.
  4. To make ahead: Spoon into a 3-c. container with a tight-fitting lid. Chill up to 3 to 4 days, depending on the ripeness of plums.
