  1. * 1 C. regular flour and 1 c. bread flour
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease bottom and side of loaf pans. Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.
  3. Cream butter (or possibly butter flavor shortening) and sugar together, add in Large eggs. Mix dry ingredients to creamed mix, add in buttermilk. Add in minced peach, vanilla and nuts to creamed mix. Pour into loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till bread springs back when touched in the middle.
