Directions

  1. Mix peaches, 1 c of sugar, dash of cinnamon and water in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Bring to boil then turn down to simmer for 10 min.
  3. When peaches come back down to a good simmer mix together flour or cornstarch with some cold water to make a paste.
  4. Add to peach mixture. Whisk to get out clumps.
  5. Put stick of butter into 8x10 glass baking dish and place into oven to melt the butter.
  6. While butter is in the oven mix together remaining sugar, flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  7. Slowly pour milk over the dry mix and gently mix together to avoid clumping.
  8. When butter is fully melted spoon dough over the butter. DO NOT STIR.. It does not need to be evenly spread.
  9. Spoon peaches over the dough.
  10. Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches.
  11. Put into oven :)

A few things I found while making this:
    1: It's AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! but.....
    2. an 8x10 dish was too small. What a mess in my oven when it spilled over!!!
    3. What is the oven temp supposed to be? I used 350 (standard)
    and
4: How long in oven? I eyeballed it.

This recipe tasted great, but the directions left a lot to the imagination!!!
