  1. Put together lowfat milk, orange juice, and instant pudding fold in bowl; beat at low speed of an electric mixer 1 minute. Add in 1 cup whipped topping and beat an additional minute. Put together fruit; arrange half of fruit mix in individual serving compotes; top with pudding mix. Top with remaining fruit. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if you like.
