Ingredients

  • 16 ounce apricots, canned liquid removed and minced
  • 1/2 c. Onion minced
  • 1/4 c. Apricot preserves
  • 1 med Tomato minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine; mix well. refrigeratetill serving time.
  2. Makes 2 c..
