- 16 ounce apricots, canned liquid removed and minced
- 1/2 c. Onion minced
- 1/4 c. Apricot preserves
- 1 med Tomato minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- Combine; mix well. refrigeratetill serving time.
