• 2 x Large eggs
• 2 1/2 c. Flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp Allspice
• 1/4 tsp Cloves
• 1/2 c. Apple juice
• 1 c. Grated unpeeled raw apple
• 3/4 c. Minced walnuts
• 1 c. Raisins
