Directions

  1. Cut liver into strips about 1/4 inch wide and 3 inches long. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge lvier strips in seasoned flour. Fry in shortening at 350 degrees till brown, about 2 to 3 min. Drain on absorbent paper.
  2. Serve warm or possibly cool with Fiesta Lowfat sour cream Dip.
  3. Fiesta Lowfat sour cream Dip: Combine lowfat sour cream, curry pwdr, parsley, warm sauce and salt. Mix well. Chill till ready to serve.
  4. Yield: about 1-1/4cups.
