1 c. Minced onion
1 c. Red pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Celery seed
2 c. Sugar
1 c. White vinegar

Directions

Slice and peel cucumbers. Mix ingredients altogether and store in a cold place. Stir twice daily for 4 to 5 days. Fill containers and store in the freezer.
