Foolproof Pie Crust

Easy and quick to prepare - very tasty

Ingredients

4 cups flour
1 3/4 cups shortening
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar

1 egg
1/2 cup water
cinnamon
nutmeg

Directions

Mix together flour, shortening, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg (to taste) Beat together water, egg and vinegar. Add to flour mixture. Mix well. Mold dough into ball. Chill for one hour.
