Ingredients

  • 1 x Chopped garlic clove
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Crushed oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed basil
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme Pepper
  • 1/2 c. Corn oil
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grated lemon peel
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 x Fish (4-5 lb)

Directions

  1. Mix together garlic, salt, oregano, basil, thyme & pepper. Stir in onion, lemon peel & lemon juice. Tear off 1 sheet of 18" heavy duty aluminum foil twice length of fish plus 3"; place foil in baking pan with half the piece extending over the edge. Place fish on foil; pour marinade over fish. Bring extending part over & seal on 3 sides with double folds; chill 1 hour. Bake in 375 oven about 45 min.
