  • 16 ounce Prepared Caffeine-Free Lemon Tea
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 ounce Orange Juice

Directions

  1. Dissolve the sugar and salt in the warm tea. Cold. Blend the tea and orange juice in a blender or possibly shaker. Drink cool for best taste.
  2. Notes: This is good as a fluid-replacer before, during and after workouts.
  3. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to a week, so you can make a double or possibly triple recipe. Freeze it in your water bottle for a cold drink on a long warm ride.
