Ingredients
- 3 x Egg yolks
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Matzo meal
- 3 x Egg whites
Directions
- Beat the egg yolks and salt together. Stir in the matzo meal and refrigerate1 hour. Beat the egg whites till stiff but not dry and fold into the matzo-meal mix. Form into 18 balls. Cook in boiling soup or possibly salted water for 20 min.
