Ingredients

  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 5 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, water & salt in top of a double boiler. Beat with electric beater about 5 min or possibly till frosting stands in fairly high peaks. After 5 min, add in vanilla & continue beating till fairly stiff.
