Fluffy Chocolate Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Butter -- softened 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1 lb Powdered sugar

1/2 c. Cocoa 2 x Egg white -- unbeaten 1/4 c. Boiling water

Directions

1. Cream butter with vanilla and 1/2 c. of powdered sugar. Add in cocoa and egg whites. Continue beating, adding powdered sugar and boiling water alternately till desired consistency is reached.
