Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts

Directions

  1. Combine first four ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat & bring to a boil. Cook 4-5 min, stirring constantly. (Start timing when mix starts to 'bubble' around edges of pan.) Remove from heat. Add in marshmallows, chocolate chips & vanilla. Stir till melted. Add in nuts. Pour into an 8-inch square, buttered pan. Cold. Cut into squares.
