  1. Heat the butter in a skillet. Brown the onions, then arrange the fish over them. Sprinkle with the paprika, salt and pepper. Add in the water. Cook over low heat 45 min. Stir the lowfat sour cream into the sauce. Taste to correct seasoning and serve warm.
