Fish Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb black drum fillets or possibly other fish fillets, fresh or possibly fresh-frzn
  • 1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes
  • 3 c. tomato juice
  • 1 tsp curry pwdr
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 x Bay leaf, broken
  • 1 pch thyme
  • 1/8 tsp freshly grnd pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce Thaw frzn fish.

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large covered saucepan except fish. Heat well.
  2. Add in fish, making sure it is covered with sauce. Simmer till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 20 min.
  3. Remove fish and serve.
  4. Makes approximately two 6 ounce. servings.
