Ingredients
- 1 c. water plus
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3 c. bread flour
- 1 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar plus
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast
- 3/4 c. small pimiento-stuffed olives well liquid removed
Directions
- Place the ingredients, except olives, in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle.
- Add in olives at raisin/nut signal or possibly 5 - 10 min before last kneading cycle ends.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
- Yield: 1 loaf
