Filipino Fruit Salad Recipe

This recipe has been adapted from a Filipino fruit salad recipe I was given many years ago. This recipe is sweet and rich. It works great served as a side to a meal. It can also be served for any Holiday gathering. You will always see this recipe at our family Christmas dinner. Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 jar nada de coco
  • 1 jar palm seed fruit
  • 1 jar cubed pineapple
  • 1 can minced pineapple

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Serve cold.
