Ingredients

  • 4-6 fresh figs
  • Sliced prosciutto
  • Aged Balsamic vinegar
  • Candied pecans (for garnish)
  • black pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Slice figs and place on a plate. Slice or tear prosciutto into strips and lay onto the sliced figs, and drizzle with good aged balsamic vinegar. Garnish with candied pecans and add fresh ground pepper.
