Ingredients

  • Fettucine pasta 100gr
  • Leeks julienne 50gr
  • Seppie cuttlefish 30gr
  • Onion Taste
  • Garlic Taste
  • Basil Taste
  • Olive oil 100gr
  • Fish vellutata 100gr
  • Parsley 20gr
  • Squid ink sauce 50gr

Directions

  1. Method:
  2. Sautéed the leeks julienne with the olive oil, the parsley yhe onion and the garlic, salt and pepper After that add the white vellutata stir very well and use the sauce to sautéed the fettucine
  3. Serve this pasta with squid ink sauce under the pasta.

  5. Make a roux with 100gr butter ,60 gr flower and 1 lt of fish juice .Seasoning with salt and pepper and at the end add a nut of butter.
