Directions

  1. in large skillet over medium head, add the bacon and cook until crispy. remove the bacon from the pan and reserve
  2. remove half of the bacon fat. and add the leeks and cook until soft about 5 min
  3. while the leeks are cooking cook linguine. Drain linguine reserving 1/2 c pasta water
  4. add the bacon back to the leeks, add the pasta water and reduce to a sauce , add linguine and toss into the sauce
