Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. cut a pocket into each breast
  3. mix feta cheese into softened cream cheese
  4. divide cheese mixture and stuff each breast
  5. seal cut edge with skewer or toothpick
  6. dredge each breast in egg wash and then into seasoned breadcrumbs
  7. place on a rack on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes
