  • 6 lrg Red potates scrubbed
  • 1/2 c. Fat free mayo (your choice. I prefer fat free miracle whip its a bit tangy)
  • 1/2 c. Fat free lowfat sour cream
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 stalk celery, minced
  • 1 sm Sweet onion, minced
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 Tbsp. Dill seed or possibly you can use dill weed to taste if you prefer

Directions

  1. This is one of the easiest things to substitute thanks to all the fat free products on the market today. This is a fat free version of the potato salad my aunt makes. (We love it so much we had it for desert last weekend)
  2. Cut the potatoes into chunks and boil till tender. Drain and cold. Mix all the other ingredients with the potato salad. This tastes best if you let it sit in the refrigerator for at least a few hrs. (I prefer over night)
