Ingredients

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Quick oats
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Fat free margarine
  • 16 ounce Whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 12 ounce Orange marmalade

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 13x9" pan with butter flavored cooking spray and wipe with a paper towel. In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, salt, cinnamon, and oats and mix well. In a large bowl, combine sugar, mil, and margarine and mix well. Add in dry mix to wet mix and mix well. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 30 min. Meanwhile, make topping. Thoroughly stir together topping ingredients. Spread topping over hot cake. 15 servings. Fat less than .5 g.
