1/3 c. Vegetable oil
1/2 c. Granulated sugar replacement
2 x Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 c. Cake flour, sifted
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr

Directions

In top of double boiler, heat chocolate with oil. Remove from heat and beat in sugar replacement, Large eggs and vanilla extract. Stir in flour, baking pwdr and salt till well blended. Pour batter into well-greased 8" square pan. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 min. Cut into 2" squares.
