  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp of corainder, cumin and chilli powder
  • 3 tsp veg oil
  • Yoghurt and mint dip and salad to serve
