Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 1 pkt (293/10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust (I buy Pillsbury pizza dough in a can)
- 2 clv garlic (put through a garlic press, if you have one. I do not, so I chop it up very finely)
- 500 ml (2 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 150 ml (2/3 c.) grated Romano, divided
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) oregano 2 hard plum tomatoes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Press dough into a 12 inch circle. Spread chopped garlic over the crust proportionately. Sprinkle 1/3 of the Romano cheese, 1 c. of the Mozzarella cheese and 1 tsp. of the oregano proportionately over the crust. Slice plum tomatoes thinly and place in a single layer over the cheeses. Sprinkle the remaining Romano, mozzarella and oregano over the tomatoes. Bake 30 to 35 min. Cut and serve.
