Ingredients

  • 1 stick or possibly 1/4 pound butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 9 ounce or possibly 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 16 lg. marshmallows, quartered
  • 1/2 can evaporated lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Place butter, chips, vanilla, marshmallows, and nuts in a large bowl and set aside. In a heavy saucepan, put 1/2 can of evaporated lowfat milk and sugar. Boil 8 min, stirring constantly. Then remove from heat and pour over ingredients in large bowl. Mix well till marshmallows heat. Pour into an ungreased pan. Refrigerate for a full 2 hrs. Makes 2 1/2 lb fudge.
