  • 1/2 c. WATER
  • 2 c. WHITE BREAD FLOUR
  • 1 Tbsp. DRY Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp SALT
  • 1 Tbsp. BUTTER
  • 1/2 Tbsp. MAPLE SYRUP
  • 1/2 Tbsp. BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/4 c. CANNED PUMPKIN
  • 1/2 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd GINGER
  • 1/4 tsp ALLSPICE
  • 1/4 c. PUMPKIN SEEDS
  • 1 tsp FASTRISE YEAST -or possibly- 2 teaspoon ACTIVE DRY YEAST lg LOAF:
  • 1 c. WATER
  • 3 c. WHITE BREAD FLOUR
  • 2 Tbsp. DRY Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp SALT
  • 2 Tbsp. BUTTER
  • 1 Tbsp. MAPLE SYRUP
  • 1 Tbsp. BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/2 c. CANNED PUMPKIN
  • 1 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 3/4 tsp Grnd GINGER
  • 1/2 tsp ALLSPICE
  • 1/2 c. PUMPKIN SEEDS
  • 1 1/2 tsp FASTRISE YEAST -or possibly- 3 teaspoon ACTIVE DRY YEAST

Directions

  1. Be sure to use plain canned pumpkin, not pie filling! This reminds me of a sweet squash bread, crunchy, too!
