Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 env fajita seasoning mix - (1.4 ounce)
  • 4 x skinned boned chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. uncooked quick-cooking rice
  • 1 jar mild salsa con queso - (15.5 ounce)

Directions

  1. Combine flour and fajita seasoning mix; dredge chicken in mix. Fry chicken in warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 min on each side or possibly till done. Remove from skillet; keep hot.
  2. Prepare rice according to package directions. Heat salsa con queso over medium heat till warm; stir into rice. Serve with chicken.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
