  • 4 Tbsp. Sweet butter
  • 6 med Idaho potatoes, washed, scrubbed, sliced thin
  • 2 c. Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 6 cl Garlic, chopped S&p
  • 1 1/2 c. Light cream
  • 2/3 c. Parmesan, grated

Directions

  1. Oven at 350.
  2. Grease a 9x13" baking pan with 1 Tablespoons butter. Arrange: 1/3 the potatoes, 1/2 the cheese, 1/2 the garlic, season to taste. Repeat, ending with potatoes.
  3. Pour cream over, sprinkle with Parmesan, dot with butter, and bake 90 minutes.
