Ingredients: 550 gm Plain chocolate, (1 1/2 lb); 225 x Butter, (8 ounce); 3 x Large eggs; 2 Tbsp. Freshly made strong coffee; 225 gm Caster sugar, (8 ounce); 75 gm Flour, (3 ounce); 1/2 tsp Salt; 175 gm Walnuts, (6 ounce), minced; 1 tsp Vanilla essence

225 x Butter, (8 ounce)
3 x Large eggs
2 Tbsp. Freshly made strong coffee
225 gm Caster sugar, (8 ounce)
75 gm Flour, (3 ounce)
1/2 tsp Salt
175 gm Walnuts, (6 ounce), minced
1 tsp Vanilla essence

Directions

Method.
1. Grease and line a baking tin - 22 x 29.5 cm by 19 x 26.5 cm. Pre-heat oven to 190*C (375*F), gas mark 5
2. chop up half the chocolate and heat the other half with the butter
3. Mix the Large eggs, coffee and sugar together in a large bowl, then beat in the melted chocolate. Mix in the flour, salt, walnuts, vanilla, and minced chocolate and pour into tin
4)Bake for 45 minutes or possibly till just hard to centre.
