  • 1 kg Pork, cubed
  • 5 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 5 x Dry red chillies
  • 3 x Green chillies
  • 15 x Peppercorns
  • 10 x Cloves garlic
  • 4 x Cloves
  • 1 tsp Cummin seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 x 1-inch piece ginger
  • 1 x 1-inch piece cinnamon
  • 1 bn (small) corriander leaves

Directions

  1. Rub a little salt into the pork and set aside. Grind together the remaining ingredients using a little water. Mix the pork with this spice mix and add in the vineger. Marinate for at least 8 hrs.
  2. Put pork cubes onto skewers and grill/barbecue till tender.
