Ingredients

  • 2 Avocado, pitted and diced
  • 1/2 Cup Young Coconut Meat, sliced
  • 6 to 8 pcs Jackfruit, peeled into smaller pieces
  • 1/2 Can Palm Seeds, drained
  • 1/2 Can Cincau/Grass Jelly, diced
  • 2 Cups Shaved or Crushed Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk, optional
  • Sweet Coconut Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Cup (350ml) Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Young Coconut Water
  • 2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 2 Pandan Leaf, washed and knotted
  • A Big Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Palm Sugar Syrup
  • 250 grams Palm Sugar, grated
  • 150 ml Water
