Ingredients
- 4 x English muffins, split
- 1/2 lb Extra lean grnd beef
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Garlic salt
- 1/2 c. Tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.
- Brown grnd beef in skillet. Drain excess fat. Add in salt.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, oregano, pepper, and garlic salt.
- Arrange muffin halves on a baking sheet. Spread tomato mix over each muffin half. Top tomato mix with browned grnd beef. Top beef with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for 10 to 15 min or possibly till cheese melts.
