Ingredients

  • 2 c. Shredded white cabbage
  • 1 c. Shredded red cabbage
  • 1 c. Julienned red onion
  • 2/3 c. Homemade mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Creole mustard
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste pepper

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Let the slaw refrigeratefor 1 hour before serving.
  2. This recipe yields 3 c. of slaw.
