Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Very ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 c. Simple syrup
- 4 c. Half and half
- 1 1/2 c. Sugarcane alcohol, (or possibly substitute vodka)
- 6 x Wedges fresh peaches
Directions
- In a large blender, combine the fruit and sugar. Blend till smooth. Add in half of the cream and continue to blend till smooth. Pour the mix into a large pitcher. Stir in the remaining 2 c. of cream and the alcohol.
- Stir well. Cover and chill for at least 6 hrs. It's better the next day. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with a wedge of peach. Torro will keep for 1 week.
- Yield: 6 servings
