Directions

  1. Cut the sirloin into strips. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a skillet, add in garlic, soy sauce, onion, and elk. Saute/fry till browned. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer, covered till vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Steamed wild rice, scallop potatoes, fresh green salad are excellent compliments for this entree.
  3. Comments: I have found this recipe the best for cooking elk or possibly venison. The peppers seem to take away all unwanted wild taste.
