Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 c. hard chocolate cookie crumbs, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 T sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Kahlua
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • GLAZE: (Optional)
  • 1 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 3 T Kahlua
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Directions

  1. Mix crust mix together and press into springform pan. Cook for 5 min at 350 degrees. Let cool.FILLING: Mix together one step at a time with electric mixer. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 55 to 60 min at 350 degrees. Leave in oven for 1 hour with oven door open. Remove and chill till cool. Prepare glaze. Make sure consistency can be poured easily. Spread on top and chill for 6 hrs. Serve with whipped cream.
