Einstein Bros Bagels' Grilled Cheese Bagel

Ingredients

1 slc Swiss cheese
1 slc cheddar cheese
1 slc provolone cheese
1 slc pepper jack cheese

2 Tbsp. onion-chive cream cheese
2 slc tomato
2 slc buttermilk bread Nonstick cooking spray as needed

Directions

Spread cream cheese on one side of bread. Grease skillet with cooking spray; heat to medium. Place a slice of bread onto skillet, cream cheese-side up. Top with cheeses and tomato. Cover with second piece of bread. Flipping occasionally, grill till golden, about 2 min or possibly till cheese is thoroughly melted.
This recipe yields 1 sandwich.
