Ingredients

  • eggplant lemon garlic 1-2 tsp oil optional salt

Directions

  1. Roast the eggplant till it collapses (or possibly nuke it), and whiz it in the blend with lemon, garlic, and no oil or possibly just a tsp or possibly two. Add in a little salt, and it's awesome, and really very good for you.
