Ingredients
- 12 hard-cooked Large eggs, minced
- About 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly grnd
- 2 dashes warm pepper sauce
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar red caviar
- Crackers or possibly toast points
Directions
- In a medium size bowl, mix Large eggs, mayonnaise, onion, salt, pepper and warm pepper sauce with a fork just till mix holds together. Spoon into serving bowl. Cover and refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Garnish with lowfat sour cream and caviar.
