Ingredients

  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 6 slices of bread, cubed
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 pound pork sausage, fried and liquid removed

Directions

  1. In a three-qt casserole dish mix all ingredients. Let refrigerate12 hrs or possibly overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till brown and puffy. An inserted knife will come out clean.
